Stew and Lauren have been amazing, as a first time buyer they made sure everything was clearly explained and that I knew what was going on. They were really flexible with timings as well as I work 9-5pm each day. Everything was done very clearly and efficiently! Very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Niki was absoloutley amazing when our current fixed rate mortgage was about to expire. His advice and knowledge around the current rates and health policy knowledge was brilliant, it soon became very clear that we had no clue around our current policies! Nothing was too much trouble for Niki and he worked at times to suit our very hectic life. The whole process was stress free, even on change over day! We will now not go anywhere else.

Worked with Matt and was extremely impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. Despite the lenders being difficult Matt persevered, however Halifax dragged the process out so long that circumstances changed and we had to pull out of the purchase. I lay that blame solely with Halifax as Matt worked really hard and really efficiently to try and get us a good deal and despite not getting a mortgage in the end I still felt Fidenti deserve a 5 star review. I will be using them again when I am in a position to buy once more.
