The service we received was nothing short of exceptional. After dealing with a different company, who failed to get in touch with us on several occasions to arrange a verified Mortgage In Principle (MIP), we decided to contact Fidenti. At this point we had already viewed a property which we wanted to make an offer on, however could not progress until we had a MIP in place. We mentioned this on the phone when we rang, and Fidenti arranged for one of their mortgage advisors to give us a call back. Within an hour, Chris S gave us a call back. His level of expertise was evident from the very beginning, and he was able to answer all of our questions with ease and clarity. We got the required documents and forms filled out and sent back to Chris S in the same evening, and thanks to his hard work and dedication, we were able to secure a Mortgage In Principle the following morning (on a Saturday). This allowed us to make an offer on the property we had viewed, and we are happy to say that our offer was accepted. The quick response gave us great confidence in knowing that we had made the right decision to use their services. The following day, Chris S arranged a video call with us to give us further advice, finalise the Mortgage application, as well as making us aware of the different types of insurance available. The attention to detail was impressive. Chris took the time to go through every aspect of the mortgage process with us, making sure that we was fully informed and understood the implications of each decision we made. From that point on, the communication was outstanding. Chris kept us updated every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, and made us feel like we were top priority.
