Our Story

Back in 2015, Fidenti began as a dream to redefine the mortgage market. Aware that clients needed flexible meeting times, a friendly, caring approach and that new technology allowed the process to be smoother than ever, Nick and Corrie took a leap of faith and set up Fidenti from their back bedroom in Widnes.

Fast forward to today, and Fidenti continues to do things differently. We have a fantastic team of mortgage and protection advisers, dedicated admin support, and a comfortable high street office; plus, we’re still true to the values of the family business we started in 2015. We are measured, ethical, and treat every client with care and respect.

Gone are the days of reams of paperwork and weekday meetings: we take a modern approach to mortgages and protection. If you need a meeting at 9pm when you finish work, we’ll fit you in. If you have a query on a Sunday, then we have an adviser on call to help you out. We embrace new technology and developments in our industry, while staying true to our values of transparency and care.

I could not recommend John ( who helped with my income protection ) enough! Emilie and Becky helped us get a mortgage and the process was smooth as ever! As first time buyers, myself and my wife were nervous about delving into house ownership with pursuing a commitment as huge as buying a house. This is especially during current times in the housing market. We did loads of research online but always still had questions and nerves.
